2) To complete the fillable forms, first download the form, enter data in each highlighted field, when complete, save the form and then email the file to the District Awards Chair at NCExchange.Awards.Chair@gmail.com.
3) To submit the PDF documents, first download the form, print it, complete the form, and then hand deliver or mail (to the address below) to the District Awards Chair.
